Helloooo!!!

Another weekend is going to start very soon.. What are your plans?

Beach I guess for most of you... I am really jealous I tell you.

Anyway the forecast seems to be not too bad even here: fingers crossed!

Today I show you some of my last purchases bought in sales... 

In London they started already more then 10 days ago..

Usually I don't buy a lot in this period (magically I always get lost in the area "new arrivals" :P) but these items below were real occasions which I could not miss ;)

Comunque anche qui le previsioni non sembrano essere malvagie, vediamo.. dita incrociate!

Oggi vi faccio vedere i miei ultimi acquisti preso con i saldi. Qui infatti sono iniziati almeno da una decina di giorni.

Solitamente acquisto pochissimo in questo periodo (magicamente mi perdo sempre nell'area "nuovi arrivi" :P) ma queste qui sotto erano delle vere e proprie occasioni che non potevo farmi scappare ;)

I apologize if I haven't any outfit to show you but these last days have been very busy and intense with Noah and Robert away for his new job.. 

Anyway I am very happy to post this interview I released to A Piccoli Passi, a really nice site for mummies and dedicated to childhood. 
Unfortunately it is just in Italian..

Mi spiace non farvi vedere alcun outfit nemmeno oggi, ma questi giorni con Robert fuori per il suo nuovo lavoro, sono stati piuttosto intensi da sola con Noah - tra l'altro ieri ha fatto il suo primo vaccino poverino :(( -

In ogni caso sono felice di condividere con voi questa piccola intervista rilasciata  un mesetto fa e pubblicata proprio ieri su A Piccoli Passi , un carinissimo portale dedicato alle mamme e all'infanzia.

Spero abbiate il tempo e la voglia di leggerla (basta che scorriate con il cursore nel riquadro sotto oppure andare direttamente sul sito).

Voglio ringraziarvi inoltre per gli affettuosissimi commenti che mi avete lasciato ieri  per via del mio "rientro in patria". 
Siete tutte troppo carine davvero!! Che voglia che ho di conoscervi!!!!

Following my previous posts where I anticipated you that we are leaving London very soon, I can now officially say where we are going to move... 

Yes, finally after almost 6 years far away from home, I am going back to "il bel paese".. I am going back to ITALY, to Milan!

What can I say?

I am really excited and I am really looking forward to it. 

The time is running fast and we have to start to look for an apartment. 

I know some of you are from Milan, so please leave me any tips and suggestions where it is more convinient to live. We would like to find something nice in the centre also because Robert's office will be really central.

Ah, another important thing: as soon as I will be settled I really would like to organise a meeting with you guys if you fancy it..

Facendo seguito a quanto anticipato nei miei post precedenti che lasceremo presto Londra, adesso posso ufficialmente dirvi la nostra nuova meta (non era nessun segreto di Fatima come qualcuno/a ha scritto, ma stavamo aspettando delle conferme ovviamente :P!!!!)..

Ebbene si' dopo quasi 6 anni lontano da casa, ce ne torniamo nel "bel paese".. SI, alla faccia di tutti i problemi, me ne torno in ITALIA e piu' precisamente a Milano!

Che vi posso dire?

Che mi elettrizza solo l'idea e che non vedo davvero l'ora!!

Il tempo pero' stringe e dobbiamo cercare casa. 

So che alcune di voi sono di Milano quindi sappiate che sono ben accetti consigli su dove indirizzare le ricerche. Vorremmo qualcosa di carino in centro visto che anche l'ufficio di Robert sarà proprio centralissimo.

Ah, altra cosa IMPORTANTISSIMAAAAAAA: per chi avesse piacere, appena saro' sistemata, vorrei tantissimo organizzare un incontro con VOI! 

Con chi era in chat la prima volta avevamo accennato una bella cena toscana a Firenze ma possiamo ovviamente valutare anche Milano o entrambe per facilitare un po' tutte :))

My closet's MUST HAVE

..I strongly believe that there are some items which can absolutely not miss in any woman's wardrobe. I am not talking about the latest bag or sweater (or what ever) by a certain designer and the latest trends neither, I am talking about some "pass partout" clothes that can save us in any occasion, in any season.

I tried to list mine and I am curios to know if you agree with this or not ;)

..Penso fermamente che ci siano alcuni capi che assolutamente non possono mancare nell'armadio di una donna. Non parlo dell'ultimo pezzo di chi sa quale stilista e nemmeno dell'ultimo capo di tendenza. Mi riferisco a quei pezzi "pass partout" che possono essere usati (e che ci salvano) in piu' occasioni e in qualsiasi stagione.

Ho provato a fare una lista dei miei e sono curiosa di sapere cosa ne pensate e se sono anche i vostri ;)

Avete passato un buon weekend?

Il mio non e' stato male, anche se sembrava fosse Novembre anziche' la fine di Giugno.. 

Sto soffrendo parecchio la mancanza di sole e questo inevitabilmente si riflette sul mio umore.. zero voglia di scattare foto outfits ad esempio, mi spiace :(

Thoughts

As I anticipated in my previous posts, not only my friend Sarah is leaving London.. Soon Robert and I with our little boy will start a new adventure.. There are days that I can't wait for this new challenge, others that I feel a bit "lost" and with 1000 thoughts and worries. 

Start again a new life is certainly exciting but at the same time very stressful.

Anyway, the most important thing is that we are together and that until now we agreed in all our decisions with no regrets ;)

I will tell you more in the next weeks, I can also organise a new chat if you fancy it!

Meanwhile have a look at today's outfit where I feel a bit "cowgirl" wearing my new texan boots ;) I hope you will like it!

..Come vi ho in parte anticipato nei miei ultimi 2 post, non solo la mia amica Sarah sta lasciando Londra... Presto Robert ed io, con il nostro ometto, cominceremo una nuova avventura..

Ci sono giorni in cui non vedo l'ora di iniziare questa nuova sfida, altri in cui mi sento disorientata, con 1000 paranoie e preoccupazioni.

Ricominciare una nuova vita e' sicuramente eccitante ma allo stesso tempo molto stressante su diversi fronti.

Comunque la cosa piu' importante e' che siamo uniti e che fino ad oggi ogni decisione presa l'abbiamo condivisa senza alcun rimorso ;)

Vi raccontero' di piu' nelle prossime settimane e magari riorganizziamo una chat se vi va!

Nel frattempo vi lascio con l'outfit di oggi dove mi sento un po' "cowgirl" per via degli stivaletti texani che indosso ;) Spero vi piaccia il look!

 ..a very "easy" post today with the pictures taken yesterday by my friend Sarah with the iPhone. Robert is away for work so I asked her to shoot my outfit.. We couldn't stop to laugh to avoid being embarrassed by the people around watching at us..

I will miss her a lot in these next 2 months here..

Robert infatti e' via per lavoro e ho approfittato di lei per fotografare il mio outfit..

Non riuscivamo a smettere di ridere provando a superare l'imbarazzo delle persone intorno che ci guardavano.. 

Mi manchera' in questi 2 ultimi mesi qui..
