New outfit today :)

..I have to admit that I don't like too much the light in these pictures (and my tired face neither), but I wanted to show you anyway what I wore last Sunday: a simple white tank top longer in the back, silk trousers with flowers print and my slingback pointed shoes from my wedding.

Simple but at the same time glam and feminine enough, do you agree with me?

Nuovo outfit oggi :)

..Ammetto che la luce in queste foto non mi piace affatto (tra l'altro ho una faccia stanchissima) e non rende nemmeno giustizia al look che volevo in ogni caso farvi vedere e che indossavo domenica.

Una canotta bianca semplice piu' lunga sul dietro, pantaloni in seta a fiori e scarpe a punta con slingback che risalgono - udite udite - al mio matrimonio ^_^

Dr Martens 1461 black patent

..Leaving for a while my high heels in the wardrobe (not because I have to carry the pram, but because we are just going to the supermarket or having a walk around our area), I am growing my flat shoes collection and I decided to finally buy a new pair of Dr Martens.. They were in my wish list since a while, and the other day when I was so depressed about the weather, I placed my order online and I bought them: style 1461 in black patent ^_^

This is the outfit I created with them. I tried to wear something not too banal.. I hope you will like it ;)

..Abbandonati momentaneamente i tacchi, (non tanto perche' devo spingere la carrozzina ma perche' non stiamo facendo grosse uscite se non al supermercato o qualche giratina intorno casa) sto ampliando la mia collezione di scarpe basse e ho deciso finalmente di ricomprarmi delle Dr Martens.. Erano in wish list da un po' di tempo e l'altro giorno in preda alla mia depressione da meteo, ho fatto il mio ordinino online: modello 1461 black patent ^_^

Questo il look che vi ho poi costruito intorno.. ho cercato di realizzare un outfit non troppo scontato.. io spero vi piaccia ;)

Checks and jeans

Good morning dears! 

How was your Monday back at work? I hope it hasn't been too hard!

Let's start this new day showing you the casual outfit I wore on Sunday to go to Shoreditch, the coolest area of London (this is my personal opinion of course!). A checks shirt with a low crotch denim, wedge sneakers and a big enough box-bag to carry my Nikon and take some street style pictures which I can't wait to show you! I took so many interesting photos that I haven't been able to select them ^_^ 

So stay tuned because I will prepare a post for you very soon.

In the meantime, leave me your comments about this outfit.. a little bit too masculine maybe, but for sure comfortable for the occasion, the location and my "photography job"!

Com'e' stato il vostro rientro a lavoro ieri? Spero non troppo duro!

Cominciamo la giornata con l'outfit che indossavo domenica per andare a Shoredicth, l'aera piu' cool di Londra (questo a parer mio ovvio!).

Camicia a quadri, jeans con cavallo basso, sneakers con zeppa e borsa sufficientemente grande per portare la mia Nikon e scattare un po' di foto di street style. Non vedo l'ora infatti di mostrarvele.. l'unico problema e' che ne ho fatte cosi tante che non so sceglierle! Comunque rimanete sintonizzati perche' preparero' presto un post per voi.

Nel frattempo lasciatemi i commenti sull'outfit indossato, forse un po' mascolino  come gusto, ma sicuramente comodo, adatto alla location e al mio ruolo di "fotografa"

Denim shorts

Even if I am not as tanned as I usually am in this part of the season, I like wearing one of my favourite items in Summer: denim shorts. They can be matched with different styles and be extremely sporty,  or even sophisticated if you wear them with an evening top and high heels. In this case I wear my Abercrombie & Fitch shorts with a "Chanel look-a-like" blazer and an embroidered t-shirt from Zara and my Marsèll derbies. I quite like the result and you? 

Anche se non sono abbronzata come lo sono solitamente in questo periodo di stagione, non ho rinunciato ad indossare uno dei miei capi estivi preferiti: denim shorts. Li trovo molto trasversali perché possono essere abbinati in un sacco di modi ed essere estremamente sportivi come anche sofisticati se indossati ad esempio con tacchi alti e un top da sera. In questo caso io li ho abbinati con una giacchina simil Chanel e una t-shirt ricamata a fiorellini (tutto Zara) e le mie scarpe allacciate di Marsèll. Il risultato mi piace molto e a voi?
