How did you start your week?

I can proudly say that I achieved my goals for this sales campaign too, thanks to an amazing team work of course, and a good spirit and attitude from everybody!

Well done ^_^

In the meantime Robert is back at home and I can't wait to listen his stories about his days spent in Paris.

The photos you will see below have been taken last week before he left.

It's about an uncommon look for me, because it's quite feminine and I usually wear more masculine and rock outfits.

Anyway I quite like it and I hope you will enjoy it as well!

Iniziato bene la settimana? 

Io direi decisamente sí, avendo portato "a casa" un buon risultato anche per questa campagna vendite.. siamo infatti agli sgoccioli della campagna vendita e il goal è stato raggiunto :)

Grazie ovviamente ad un bellissimo lavoro di squadra, indispensabile!

Robert nel frattempo è rientrato.. aspetto con ansia che mi racconti tutto sulla sua trasferta Parigina appena avremo due minuti da dedicarci.

Le foto dell'outfit di oggi risalgono alla settimana scorsa, prima che partisse. 

Un look molto femminile e in parte inconsueto per me che preferisco vestire look più grintosi.

In ogni caso non mi dispiace e spero piaccia anche a voi!

Black & Purple

Hello dears and welcome back!

Today I share with you a new outfit based on black and purple a colour which I do not wear often.

I got this dress from Raoul's winter sample sale (do you remember my post about it HERE ?) 

I matched it with a simple black blazer and instead of wearing heels, maybe too boring here, I opted for my Dr.Martens.

Robert was not 100% convinced about the look, but I found it nice.

Oggi vi propongo un nuovo outfit basato sul nero e viola, un colore che non porto spessissimo ma che ho rivalutato con questo abitino preso alla sample sale della collezione invernale di RAOUL (vi ricordate il post QUI ?)

L'ho abbinato ad una giacca semplice di Zara e anziché optare per un tacco che forse avrebbe reso tutto il look più serioso - e forse pissero :P - ho optato per le Dr.Martens.

Robert ha storto un po' il naso, ma a me non dispiaceva affatto :P

Finally a new outfit to share with you. 

This is what I wore on Sunday evening to attend the Massimo Rebecchi Fashion Show.

I decided to wear something more chic than usual so I opted for a hight waist longuette, with a soft blouse and my Miu Miu leopard open toe. Everything completed by a Chanel bag and a suede jacket.

Finalmente un nuovo outfit da mostrarvi.

Questo e' cio' che indossavo domenica sera per andare alla sfilata di Massimo Rebecchi e di cui vi parlero' meglio domani.

Ho optato per qualcosa di un po' piu' chic del mio solito, quindi ho scelto una longuette a vita alta, camicia morbida panna, spuntate leopardate di Miu Miu, Chanel bag e giubbino in camoscio.

Finally a new outfit to share with you!
Last week we did a "touch & go" to London for Noah's last immunization and to give back the keys of our apartment  - sigh sigh :,(
Robert decided to treat ourselves in a special way and booked a room at The Soho Hotel, one of the coolest hotels in the city.
We luckily got also an upgrade and we could enjoy an amazing suite!
I decided to take some pictures there and I hope you will like them ;)

Oggi ho finalmente un nuovo outfit da condividere con voi!
La scorsa settimana abbiamo fatto "una toccata e fuga" nuovamente a Londra per fare l'ultimo vaccino al nostro piccolo Noah e per rendere definitivamente le chiavi del nostro appartamento  - sigh sigh :,(
Robert ha deciso di trattarci in maniera speciale e così ha prenotato una stanza al The Soho Hotel, uno degli alberghi più cool della città. La fortuna ha voluto che ci facessero anche un upgrade e così ci siamo goduti una signora suite ;)
Ho pensato così di scattare delle foto qui e spero vi piacciano!
C'è una nuova entry ai miei piedi ^_^

Sequins & boots

..A casual outfit also today but with some bling with the tone on tone sequins on my tee. 

Who said that sequins should be worn just in the evening :P ? 

I think this is an easy look for everyday where you can decide wearing flats, heels or boots as I did ;)

What do you think about it?

Un outfit piuttosto casual anche oggi ma con del bling bling dato dalle paillettes tono su tono sula mia t-shirt. Chi ha detto infatti che le paillettes si possono indossare solo la sera?

Trovo che questo sia un look facile da tutti i giorni, dove poter giocare con ballerine, tacchi oppure stivaletti come ho fatto io..

Yellow like the sun

As you surely know, yellow will be one of the main colours in the upcoming spring summer season. Maybe it's not an easy colour to wear especially for those having a quite white skin, but I really like it as a colour and I have always worn it or had accessories.

The outfit I show you today has been shot last Sunday when a shy sun tried to come out through the clouds. 

The blazer is from Zara but from last Spring collection. I am sure they have something similar also now in their stores.

I matched it whit a black total look and leopard sneakers. 

I have already another combination with this jacket in my mind, more Springish! I hope to show it to you very soon.

Come sicuramente sapete, il giallo sara' uno dei colori di tendeza di questa primavera/estate. 

Forse non e' un colore facilissimo da portare soprattutto per chi ha la pelle molto chiara, ma a me piace tantissimo e l'ho sempre indossato o avuto accessori nel mio armadio.

Questo outfit lo abbiamo scattato domenica scorsa quando un timido sole provava ad uscire dalle nuvole. 

La giacca e' di Zara dello scorso anno, ma sono sicura che hanno qualcosa di simile anche adesso in negozio.

L'ho abbinato ad un look total black fatta eccezione per le sneakers leopardate.

Ho gia' in mente un secondo outfit sempre con questa giacca ma molto piu' primaverile ;) Spero di potervelo mostrare presto

How are you?

I took advantage of meeting Laura for a coffee to take some pictures of my outfit and of the two new entries in my wardrobe.. 

Guess which they are? Come on, it's easy!

Remember my Zara wish list HERE ? As you can see, I got the brown leather satchel and the leopard sneakers -  in orange instead of the black & white.. 

I think I am going to wear them more often considering also my last purchases (Kenzo hat and Top Shop varsity jacket) I showed you on Instagram.

Ho approfittato di un caffe' con Laura per scattare queste foto del mio outfit e piu' che altro per mostrarvi le due nuove entries nel mio armadio..

Come potete vedere ho preso la borsa marrone e le sneakers leopardate, nella versione arancio anziche' black & white.

Penso infatti di sfruttarle di piu' alla luce anche di quando acquistato la settimana scorsa (cappellino Kenzo e capi Top Shop) che vi ho mostrato su instagram.

Vi piace come ho li ho abbinati (quasi quasi non si vede il pancione con questa maglia ^_^ ) ? 

Old Miu Miu

Good morning dears!

As I anticipated to you yesterday, I had planned a different post for today: my aim was to show you another scan of "Pulcino" but unfortunately the doctor could not leave me any picture because they were not clear enough.. 

He/she is already in the position for the birth and the face was hidden... 

Anyway everything seems to be OK, but honestly I am quite worried: apparently he/she is veeeery big (maybe I should change the nick name in "Little Chicken") and the forecast is that she/he will be more than 4kg at the end!!! 

Ok, I am 1.75cm tall and Robert 1.89 cm so it was already predictable that he/she won't be small... but more than 4 kg??? OMG *-* !!!!

Let's change argument.. I am sure you will be happy to see anyway another outfit with my big belly ^_^

These photos have been taken the previous weekend when we could enjoy some sun!

I wore my first pair of Miu Miu I bought 5 or 6 years ago. They are very high and without plateau so definitely not comfortable! I styled them with chino trousers, vintage cashmere knitwear and a maxi cardigan as a coat. Colours: brown, camel, cream and beige with just a touch of red in the foulard.

Buongiorno carissime/i!

Come vi avevo un po' anticipato, avevo pensato ad un post un po' diverso per oggi: volevo infatti postare l'ultima ecografia di Pulcino, ma purtroppo ieri non me ne hanno lasciate di foto perché in ogni caso non si vedeva nulla di che. Infatti lei/lui e' gia' in posizione per la nascita e aveva il faccino nascosto :(

Comunque sembra che sia tutto ok... io in realta' non vi nego di essere un po' ansiosa e preoccupata: pare infatti che Pulcino/a sia mooooolto grande (forse dovrei cambiare il soprannome in pollastro/a) e prevedono che nascera' dai 4kg in su'!

Ok.. e' vero, io sono alta 1.75cm, Robert 1.89cm, quindi era praticamente impossibile fosse piccolino/a, ma da qui a nascere di oltre 4kg: aiutooooo *_* !!!!!

Cambiamo discorso va.. sono sicura che comunque vi fa piacere anche vedere un mio outfit con la panciona ormai sempre piu' in vista.

Queste foto sono state scattate il weekend prima, quando ci siamo goduti un pochettino di sole.

Indosso le mie prime Miu Miu comprate credo 5 o 6 anni fa! Sono altissime e senza plateau quindi scordatevi il fatto che sian comode. Le ho abbinate con un chino, un maglione vintage in cashemere e un maxi cardigan come cappotto. 

I colori mixati: marrone, cammello, panna e beige con un leggere tocco di rosso dato dal foulard.

Questo che vedete qui ha catturato subito il mio sguardo ed ecco che ho deciso di fare le foto di questo outfit "urban" proprio qui!

Se fate attenzione potete facilmente cominciare ad intravedere il mio pancino... Ebbene si, sta crescendo di giorno in giorno.. che esperienza incredibile!!

Burgundy Beige and Grey

Good morning my dears and welcome back on my blog!

Today I have a new look to show you. It's the outfit I wore last Saturday when I went to Como with my friends Mia, Roberto and Chiara where we met also Patrizia. We had a lovely lunch all together at "Pani e Tulipani" a really nice place where they serve delicious food all day long. You can have a nice cappuccino in the morning, some traditional dishes at lunch or a nice "merenda" around 4.00pm with a slice of handmade cake. 

I really suggest to go there if you plan to visit Como!

Concerning the outfit, I am wearing again a micro check grey dress I recently bought at Mango, matching with burgundy and beige. 

I like the result but I look forward to receiving your comments to know what you think about it ^_^

Buongiorno miei cari/e e bentornati sul mio bloggettino.

Oggi ho un nuovo look da mostrarvi. Si tratta dell'outfit che indossavo sabato quando insieme a Mia, Roberto e Chiara siamo andati a Como e dove, incontrato anche Patrizia, abbiamo pranzato da Pani e Tulipani . 

E' un posto veramente delizioso aperto da mattina a sera e dove potete godervi un buon cappuccino la mattina, mangiare piatti tradizionali a farvi una gustosa merenda nel pomeriggio con una fetta di torta fatta in casa.

Se avete nei programmi Como nel vostro calendario, vi suggerisco davvero di fermarvi anche qui!

Tornando a cosa indossavo, l'abitino l'ho recentemente acquistato da Mango e qui l'ho abbinato con bordeaux e beige. Sinceramente il tutto mi piace, ma come sempre aspetto i vostri commenti per conoscere anche il vostro punto di vista.

Autumn Winter clothes

...Apparently, I read that after having had the worst Summer ever here in London, this will be the coldest winter that the city remembers.. I would say in Italian: CHE CULO (How lucky I am!) :/ !!!!

Anyway, there is a positive thing: I really love winter clothes! 

In the outfit I show you today, I am already wearing a chunky wool sweater and an eco-shearling bought last year during the sales. No, It's not too early: believe me! And if your are planning to visit London in the next weeks, be prepared! Coats and boots are a MUST!

...Ebbene pare che dopo aver avuto una delle estati peggiori in assoluto, Londra avra' anche l'inverno piu' freddo che si ricordi... Mi viene proprio da dire  MA CHE CULO :/ !!!!!

Comunque... in tutto questo almeno una nota positiva c'e': adoro l'abbigliamento invernale!

Nell'outfit che vi mostro oggi, indosso gia' un maglioncione pesante e un eco-shearling comprato l'anno scorso in saldo. No, vi assicuro che non e' cosi' presto: credetemi! E anzi, se stanno programmando un weekend a Londra nelle prossime settimane, siate preparati! Cappotti e stivali sono un MUST!

Smoked grey and burgundy

Today I show you the outfit I wore on Saturday evening to go out for a dinner with Robert. 

If yesterday I talked to you about my passion for the military print, here the second obsession I have: burgundy!!! 

It's a colour that I have always loved wearing in winter and this season I can take the advantage that it is also on trend ;)  

I matched it with smoked grey wool trousers & accessories, and a black sweater with a clutch.. Hope you will like it!

Oggi vi mostro un outfit che indossavo sabato sera per andare a cena fuori con Robert e se ieri vi ho parlato della mia passione per il militare oggi vi parlo dell'altra: il color vinaccia! E' un colore che ho sempre amato indossare in inverno e questa stagione posso approfittare che e' anche un colore di tendenza ;)

L'ho abbinato al grigio fumo dei pantaloni in lana e accessori + al nero del maglioncino e clutch..  Spero che vi piaccia!

It's so nice to receive so many positive feedback even when I post something really casual. 

I hope somehow to give you ideas or advices to what to wear easily everyday not only when you go out in the evening.

Yesterday after several weeks, I met again my friend Laura for a bit of shopping downtown and then for a coffee. We chatted and updated on ourselves lives in front of a nice cup of hot chocolate and then we met another friend for dinner. This was the outfit I wore: a blu&green check double breasted blazer with fuxia cuff, a comfortable ankle length bull chinos, military booties.

Grazie per tutti i carinissimi commenti che mi avete lasciato ieri. E' bello ricevere cosi' tanti riscontri positivi anche quando posto qualcosa di molto casual. In qualche modo infatti spero di riuscire a darvi degli spunti o dei piccoli suggerimenti di come vestirvi quotidianamente in maniera semplice e non solo per uscire la sera.

Ieri dopo alcune settimane, mi sono rivista con Laura per un po' di shopping in centro ed un caffe'. Chiacchiere da amiche e aggiornamenti vari di fronte ad una gustosa tazza di cioccolata calda. Poi ci siamo trovate con un'altra ragazza per cenare insieme... Questo quindi l'outfit che indossavo: una giacca doppio petto a quadri verde & blu con risvolti alle maniche fuxia, comodi chinos alla caviglia in bull denim, stiletto militare.

Che ne pensate?

London bound

...My week in Florence is over and while you are reading this post, I am flying back to London... Different feelings: from one side I am of course happy to hug again Robert, my cats and to have my entire wardrobe at my disposal ^_^.. on the other side I know I am not ready at all to face this loooooong winter there..

My countdown to Christmas and my consequent return to Italy has officially started :P

..La mia settimana a Firenze è giunta al termine e mentre starete leggendo questo post, io starò volando verso Londra... Diverse le sensazioni: da un lato sono ovviamente contenta di riabbracciare Robert, i miei gatti e riavere tutto il mio guardaroba a disposizione ^_^ ma dall'altro lato so che sarà un inverno mooooolto lungo da affrontare lì... Il mio conto alla rovescia per Natale e di conseguenza il mio ritorno in Italia è ufficialmente già cominciato :P

The look is built around my Phillip Lim KA-P t-shirt.. so I played with red, grey, dark jeans and my evergreen Converse All Stars.. I really like how everything matches together and you?

If yesterday I showed you a chic outfit, today I have something more casual and easy for you to take inspiration. 

Burgundy will be a "must have" colour for this upcoming season but actually the blazer I am wearing here has been bought last winter at Zara with a 50% discount at the end of the season... so proud of this deal! I matched it with my Phillip Lim sweater that I already posted a couple of times, raw denim by Diesel and my evergreen white Converse All Star. Robert and I discovered this location by chance and we had fun playing with all the mirrors.. hope you will enjoy our pictures!

Se ieri vi ho mostrato un outfit piuttosto "chic", oggi vi mostro qualcosa di piu' casual e dal quale potete trarre maggiormente ispirazione.

Il bordeaux sara' uno dei colori cult della stagione autunno/inverno, ma la giacca che indosso qui in realta' l'ho comprata lo scorso inverno con i saldi al 50% di sconto.. Troppo orgogliosa di questo affare!

L'ho abbinata alla felpa di Phillip Lim che vi ho mostrato gia' in un paio di occasioni, jeans raw di Diesel e le mie evergreen Converse All Star basse. 

Con Robert abbiamo scoperto per caso questa location e ci siamo divertiti a giocare con gli specchi... spero che le foto che abbiamo scattato vi piacciano!

3S: Stars, Studs & Skull

As you might have noticed, I am quite skulls and studs addicted... but I have another passion: stars! In this outfit I've been able to match all these three elements and it is for sure one of my favourite looks ever! What do you think about it?

Come avrete sicuramente notato, una delle mie passioni maggiori sono teschi e borchie... da sempre pero' sono anche amante delle stelle... in questo look che vi mostro oggi, sono riuscita a mixare praticamente tutti e 3 gli elementi ed e' senz'altro uno dei miei outfit preferiti.. voi che ne pensate?

It's always so nice to read all your comments. With some of you I have the feeling to know each other personally and it is a really nice sensation. I really would like to meet some of you one day and I am sure there wil be the occasion sooner or later.

Lets' talk about the outfit I wore last Monday: linen trousers with leather suspenders by Chevignon (which I bought a couple of years ago in Santa Monica at Fred Segal, one of my favourite shops ever in L.A), mixed with a rib tank top from H&M and my lace wedges from Office. I would say it's a bit masculine but totally my style ;)

Devo dire che e' davvero bello leggere ogni giorno tutti i vostri commenti e con qualcuno di voi comincio ad avere la sensazione di conoscerci di persona. Mi piacerebbe davvero un giorno incontrare alcune di voi e sono sicura che prima o poi capiterà l'occasione.
Ma parliamo adesso dell'outfit che indossavo lunedì: pantaloni maschili in lino con bretelle in pelle di Chevignon (acquistati un paio di anni fa a Santa Monica da Fred Segal, in assoluto uno dei miei negozi preferiti a L.A.) abbinati ad una canotta a costine H&M e zeppe in pizzo di Office. Probabilmente un po' mascolino come look, ma decisamente il mio stile ;)
